What format do the files come in? All products are delivered as digital downloads in PDF, Word, Excel, and/or Canva format. Canva templates are fully editable and can be customized directly in your free Canva account. PDF, Word, and Excel files are ready to print or use as-is.

How do I access my download after purchase? After completing your purchase you will receive an email from theptoplanner.shop with a link to download your files. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Do I need a Canva account to use these templates? Yes, a free Canva account is all you need. Simply click the Canva link included in your download, select "Use Template," and start customizing. No design experience required. It's really that easy!

Are the templates editable? Yes, every template is fully editable in Canva. You can change the text, colors, fonts, graphics, and layout to match your school's unique personality and needs.

Can I use these templates for multiple events or school years? Absolutely. Once you purchase a template it is yours to use as many times as you need for your own school's PTO or PTA. You can reuse and re-edit it every year.

Can I share these templates with other PTOs or PTAs? We kindly ask that you do not share, resell, or distribute the files to other organizations. If another PTO is interested, we would love for them to grab their own copy at theptoplanner.shop.

Do you offer refunds? Because all of our products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. If you are experiencing a technical issue with your order please reach out to us at info@theptoplanner.shop and we will make it right.

What if I have a problem with my order? We are happy to help! Send us an email at info@theptoplanner.shop and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please include your order number so we can look into it right away.
