Nice to Meet You!

If you have ever stayed up until midnight making a flyer, scrambled to find a volunteer sign-up sheet the morning of an event, or wished someone would just hand you a done-for-you plan — this shop was made for you.

Hi, I am Brianna, founder of The PTO Planner. I have spent years as a school volunteer, event planner, and PTO leader and I know firsthand how much heart goes into supporting a school community. I also know how exhausting it feels when you are building everything from scratch, every single time, with no roadmap and no backup.

That is what drove me to create The PTO Planner. I wanted to build the resource I always wished I had. Ready-to-use templates and step-by-step guides that help PTOs, PTAs, room moms, and school volunteers do what they do best without the overwhelm.

Every product in this shop was built with real school communities in mind by someone who has lived it. Because when you have the right tools, supporting your school does not have to feel hard. It can actually feel really, really good.

My mission is simple: Making School Support Simple.
